What exactly does Acumetrica do?

We read the sales history already sitting in your point-of-sale or booking system, sort every customer into four value tiers — your Acumetrics — and use that picture to run precisely aimed ad campaigns on Meta and Google. Win-backs for customers who are drifting away, and new-customer campaigns modeled on your best ones. You read one plain-English report a month; we handle everything else.

What's the free Top-20% Report?

Your first look at your Acumetrics, free and with no obligation: how many active customers you actually have, how they break down by tier, the small group driving most of your revenue and what they have in common, and the single biggest opportunity in your data. Delivered within a week of connecting your data. It's genuinely useful even if we never speak again.

Do I have to change my POS or booking system?

No. Acumetrica works with what you already run — Square, Shopify, Clover, Vagaro, or Mindbody. We take read access or a simple export. Nothing about your daily workflow changes, and your staff never touch anything new.

Who owns my data?

You do, unambiguously. Your data is used solely for your analysis and your campaigns. It is never sold, shared, or pooled with other clients. If you cancel, it isn't kept around for anyone else's benefit.

Is my customer data safe?

We take read-only access — nothing in your system is ever changed. Your data is used for exactly one purpose: your own analysis and campaigns. The full commitments are written into the services agreement every client signs, and the short version is on our privacy page.

What if I've never run ads before?

That's fine — arguably better, because there are no bad habits to unwind. You never touch the ad platforms. We build and run everything, and you approve recommendations in plain English.

What if I don't have much customer history?

The analysis works best with at least six to twelve months of transaction history. If you have less, the free report will tell you honestly what the data can and can't support yet — sometimes the right answer is "let's revisit in a few months," and we'd rather say that than sell you something thin.

What does it cost, all in?

The retainer starts at $750/month; your exact quote comes with the free analysis. Ad spend is separate, paid by you directly to Meta or Google — the standard arrangement, and it keeps the retainer transparent.

How long before I see results?

Setup takes the first two weeks. Win-back campaigns usually show movement first, since they target people who already know you. New-customer campaigns take longer as the platforms learn. We report both honestly every month — and if the data says something isn't working, the report says so and we change course.

Why not just hire a marketing agency?

Most agencies start with ads and guess at targeting. Acumetrica starts with your actual customer records, and you work directly with the person doing the work. If what you mainly need is social content or brand design, though, a freelancer is the better choice — that's not what this is.

Do you write my social media posts?

No. Acumetrica is customer intelligence and paid campaigns, not content or community management. We create the ad creative for the campaigns we run, but your feed stays yours. If you need ongoing social content, a freelancer is a better and cheaper fit.

What happens if I cancel?

You can stop whenever you like. You keep everything delivered up to that point — reports, audience definitions, campaign structures. Your ad accounts are yours, so nothing disappears.
