What we collect on this site

Only what you type into the contact form: your name, business name, business type, POS or booking platform, email, and — if you choose to add them — a phone number and a message. That's the full list.

There is no account creation on this site and nothing to purchase here, so we never handle passwords or payment details through it.

What we don't do

• No analytics
• No tracking pixels
• No cookies
• No ads on this site
• No selling or sharing of your information

The site sets exactly one thing in your browser: a local preference that remembers whether you chose the light or dark theme. It never leaves your device.

How your form details are handled

When you submit the contact form, it is processed by Formspree, Inc. and delivered to us as an email. We use your details for one purpose: to reply to you and provide the analysis you asked for.

Your details are never sold, never shared, and never added to a marketing list.

Hosting

This site is served by GitHub Pages. Like most hosts, GitHub may log basic technical data — such as IP addresses — for security and operations. That logging is governed by the GitHub Privacy Statement.

Client data

If your business engages Acumetrica, we access your customer transaction data read-only. It is used solely to serve your business — your analysis, your audiences, your campaigns. It is never sold, never shared, and never pooled across clients. When an engagement ends, we delete it on request.

The full terms live in the client services agreement you sign before we begin.

How long we keep things

Form submissions are kept only as long as needed to respond and follow up. Ask us to delete yours and we will.

Children

This site is for business owners. It is not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their data.

Changes

If this policy changes, the update is posted here with a new effective date.
